Deposit: Cinnabar occurs with small calcite veinlets in limestone, is locally disseminated in the limestone, and forms crusts around fractures in broken rocks. The bunker hill group of six claims and two fractions is less than a mile northwest of the juniper mine. Property was first developed in 1932 and produced 6 flasks of quicksilver from 1936-1939. The workings are in gray to black limestone with some interbedded shale. Lower unit of post-dun glen strata. Silty argillite and clean sandstone with unit of dolomite breccia-conglomerate. ; info.src : bailey E h
