A Au-Ag occurrence/mine owned by the Arnold Mining Company. This locality is not listed in the USGS MRDS database.

Mineralization is an 18 inch (approximately 42 cm) wide vein.

Workings include underground openings comprised of a 60 foot deep shaft plus 130 feet of tunnels (1881).
