A Ag-Pb-Au occurrence/mine located in the NW¼NW¼SW¼ sec. 34, T20N, R15W, G&SRM, 2.2 km (1.4 miles) SE of Pine Lake (town), on Bureau of Land Management administered land. Owned by B.H. Spear and William Freeborn (1883). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 100 meters.
Mineralization is a 4 foot wide vein of sulfide (sulphuret) ore. Local rocks include Middle Proterozoic granitic rocks.
Workings include underground openings comprised of 400 feet of shafts and drifts (1881).
