Hemmeligholdt røykkvarts funnsted, Narvik, Nordland, Norge
An undisclosed zone with several quartz pockets were discovered in 1996 by the Norwegian collector Egil Andreassen, in an undisclosed area in the mountainous area in the municipality of Narvik. One pocket, discovered in 1998, measured 1.5 x 0.5 m and produced smoky quartz crystal. The largest crystal measured 6 cm thick and 23 cm long (Garmo 1999).
