Located somewhere around the cove Grødvigen. The Danish King Christian IV is supposed to have financed a minor gold prospect somewhere near the Grødevigen bay, on the island of Hisøy.
A golden coin in the collection of the Aust-Agder museum og arkiv in Arendal is supposed to be made from that gold.
