Extensive sequence of volcanic rocks including basalts, comendite trachyrhyolite tuff and ignimbrite, and a dike suite of the same rock types, which occipies and area over 20 km in length and up to 7 km wide. The rhyolitic dikes comprise c. 80% of the total number and may be up to 15 m wide.
