Kuhtal steinbruch
The old and large Muschelkalk limestone quarry on the southern slope of the Chełm Massif (St. Anne's Mountain). To this day, two rock outcrops have survived, including the largest, in the vicinity of the amphitheater, which was designed and built in the upper part of the Kuhtal quarry. During construction, a narrow-gauge railway powered by the power of human muscles and horses also operated here. It reached the Stare Osiedle district in Zdzieszowice. Unnecessary rock material was taken out of it and new material was supplied for the construction of the entire Annaberg complex. In the place of the old quarry, structures such as the amphitheater, fire statue (Mausoleum), tunnels called today Hamburgs, numerous underground drainage tunnels and numerous roads, even paved with granites, which led to the most important places in the vicinity of St. Anne's Mountain.
