A Cu-Ag-Fe mine group located in the S½ sec. 6, and sec. 7, T3N, R16W (Vicksburg 15 minute topo map), on land of unknown status. Owned at times, or in part, by Carr; Marshall; Brewer. Owned by Mr. Hovatter of Arizona (1959).
Mineralization is oxidized copper mineralization with limonite in joints, fractures, and local small, high-grade chimneys in epidotized porphyritic andesite and breccia along fault and shear zones.
Workings include a relatively shallow shaft and surface openings. Worked from 1941 through 1944. This group produced some 480 tons of ore averaging about 3.7% Cu and 1 oz. Ag/T.
