Fletcher's Pond Dam is an artificial feature just north-west of the Fletcher granite quarry, and just south of Oak Hill. It was built some time between 1961 and 1968 and appears to be made, at least partly, of waste granite.

The dam and resulting wetlands are open to the public as the Greystone Trails.

North of the dam, you will see at least three different types of granite waste, granite boulders, circular drilled cores, and even a "granite-sand beach". To the south are various size piles of granite within a forest.

While tantalizingly close to the back of the massive Fletcher quarry pit, you cannot see it.
