A former small underground Au-Ag mine located in South-central sec. 4, T.19S., R.25E, about 2½ miles (4 km) N of Courtland, on private land. Produced 1938. Operated by A.D. Cox.

Mineralization is a vein deposit of weak and spotty gold and silver values in fractured Tertiary quartz latite.

Workings include a shaft(s). About 65 tons of ore were produced in 1938.
