A former small surface and underground Cu-Ag-Mn-Au mine located in the NW ¼ sec. 13, T.19S., R.24E. (Pearce 15 minute topo map), Approximately 4 miles NW of Courtland, on private land. Produced 1915-1919. Owned at times, or in part, by the Arizona Copper Syndicate of Providence and the Copperrox Mining Co.

Mineralization is a contact metasomatic deposit containing copper carbonates with irregular bunches and lenses of wad and pyrolusite along faults and fractures in slivers of Carboniferous limestone along and near granitic intrusive. Alteration is oxidation in the uppermost 100 feet.

Local structures include one fault with a N-S strike and dip of 65E. Other faults strike E-W, with steep dips. Limestone is thrusted over rhyolite, fault sips 40W, the limestone dips 45E.

Workings include a shaft(s) and tunnel workings. Some 1,070 tons of copper ore were produced in 1915-1918 and a few tons of manganese smelter flux were also produced. 1919 was the last year of copper and silver production.
