A former small surface and underground Ag-Baryte-Fluorspar mine located in the SW ¼ sec. 22, T.20S., R.22E., about 3 miles SSW of Tombstone, near Ajax Hill. Operated by Alanco Ltd. (1986). Property was operated by N.J. Kulinovich in 1935. During the period of 1984-1986, Alanco did underground rehabilitation and sampling, as well as surface drilling.

Mineralization is strongly oxidized silver-bearing ores along a fault zone cutting Cretaceous Bisbee Group and Paleozoic limestones.

Local structures include Bisbee beds that strike NNE and dip 25-30W near the mine.

Workings include a shaft(s) and surface openings. This mine produced ore in the late 1880's and in 1935.
