A former small underground Pb-Zn-Cu-Au-Ag mine located in central sec. 30, T.23S. R.21E. and in sec. 5, T.24S., R 21 E, on private land. First produced 1925. Owned at times, or in part, by the Arizona Imperial Mines Extension Co. and the International Gold and Rare Metals Co.

Mineralization is spotty and sparse base metal carbonate and sulfide ore in small, erratic replacement in exotic blocks of Paleozoic limestone in Triassic-Jurassic volcanics. Also as traces of gold, silver, copper and lead in a large quartz vein along a thrust fault in Precambrian granite.

Workings include many shaft and tunnel workings but only very minor test lots of ore were produced intermittently from 1925 thru 1937.
