Colour: Colorless with slight brown tint from clay inclusions
Fluorescence: blue-green under SW UV with afterglow
Description: Doubly-terminated crystals could be easily excavated by hand tools from a clay embankment on US Route 209 before the site was lost. Typically the clear crystals have an hourglass inclusion of clay and one or more hoppered terminal faces. 6 cm is a good length.
