Köppen climate type:
Structure: Fault Zone
Deposit: Shaft sunk in white welded ash-flo W tuff adjacent to rhyolite dike which it apparently encounters at depth, As pieces of quartz vein and dike material cover the dump (sample 3910). Sample 3911 from the near by shaft/adit was chipped from quartz stringers in a 4-6 ft fault zone bearing N 75 w, 40 ne. Country rock here is andesite and the incline which follows the dip slope may have intercepted the first shaft at depth.
Development: Patented 1912; surveyed 1910. No activity at time of examination in 1986; however, erickson's staking (1979) surrounds the patents to the north.
Ore(s): Fault Zone
