Structure: Beds Almost Flat, On Axis Of Waurika-Muenster Arch, Striking Nw-Se.

Tectonics: Interior Basin; Deltaic Red Bed Margin

Deposit: Strike is nw-se along waurika-muenster arch outcrop. Occurs 1500 ft farther w., and along sides of whiskey creek and in red river bluffs to s. Wegemann (1915, p. 63, 102) and fath (1915, p. 142-143) discuss geology and mineralogy. Havens (1977) has reconnaissance map of area. Wegemann (1915, p. 63) measured a 7-ft sandstone with concretions and copper minerals, with elevation of 945 ft at base, on n. Side of u.s. Hwy. 70, about 2.4 mi w. Of hooper.

Development: Outcrop

Geology: Wegemann (1915, p. 673) gives measured section, with 7 ft sandstone with copper minerals. Havens (1977) gives reconnaissance geology.
