Structure: Wichita Mountains Lugert Granite Intrusive With Hydrothermal Veins

Tectonics: Aulacogen

Deposit: Located by merritt, ham, and anderson (1941, sheet 0426) and described As being on the w. Side of flat top mountain. Several tons of azurite and malachite were noticed. No workings. The deposit could be scraped and leached.

Development: Probably several tons of copper carbonates are present.

Geology: Probably hydrothermal veins concentrated copper minerals in the lugert granite. Polk (1948) and merritt (1958) discuss the geology.
