Structure: Gentle Dip Westward, Less Than 30 Ft/Mi

Tectonics: Interior Basin; Evaporite Basin Within Red Bed Sequence

Deposit: This bed and some beds 0 to 4 ft below occur over a large area of 25 sq mi or more. Gould et al. (1908, p. 78-79) gave first reference. Fay (july 1972) sample 41, collected malachite from cedar springs dol.

Development: Outcrops

Geology: Possibly some copper was concentrated by a sabkha process and then later concentrated by ground water. Geology by fay (1962).; hr.age.mv: guadalupian
