An underground mine related to the Hellyer and Que River mines. The ore is variably rich in barite and polymetallic sulphides; the pre-mining resources was: 2.8Mt @ 2%Pb, 3.8% Zn, 1.6g/t Au, 60g/t Ag and 35% Ba.

Bass Metals Ltd owned the lease but Mancala Ltd developed the Fossey decline (1000m) and mined the resource via long hole open stoping methods at a rate of some 450,000 tonnes per year, from 2010 to 2012. production reached 0.53Mt of ore.
