A Cu-Fe occurrence located along an old, unimproved road/trail (possibly the old Mt. Hopkins Road), about half way up this road, in a cut along the S side of the road/trail, against the hill. The closest other location listed in Mindat.org is the Concha Limestone occurrence with this location being about ½ mile WNW of that location. This roadcut is about half way from the Concha location and where the forest road 143 joins the Mt. Hopkins Road.
Mineralization appears to be a vein deposit at several feet across.
