Zeolites are scarce in Eocene basalt road cuts long Kennedy Creek, south of Highway 101, a few miles west of Olympia, Thurston County, Washington. The site was first found in 1970 by Robert Boggs. Specimens were found in boulders derived from the road cut dumped over the bank leading to the creek.
