Tubilla del Agua is a village and municipality located in the province of Burgos, Castile and León, Spain.

Tubilla del Agua is located in the Rudrón Valley. The valley is formed by the Rudrón river, which also separates the moor of La Lora on the left bank from the moor of Masa on the right bank.

The River Ornillo also passes through the village, generating many waterfalls.
