A Pb-Zn-fluorspar occurrence/mine located in the SW¼NW¼NW¼ sec. 16, T12S, R9E, 3rd Principal Meridian, near Cave-in-Rock, about 0.9 mile SE of Peters Creek School.

Local rocks include rocks of the Upper Valmeyeran (Aux Vases, Ste. Genevieve, St. Louis) Series.

Workings include surface openings comprised of an open pit.
