A former lode Au occurrence/mine located in sec. 6, T10N, R12W, SBM, on the NW spur of Soledad Mountain, on private land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Local rocks include Tertiary volcanic flow rocks, unit 16 (Northern Mojave Desert) and/or Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.

Workings include underground openings.
