GML 851. Located on the eastern outskirts of the town, and south of the entrance road. It is just south-east of the Stray Shot mine. A 1948 photograph shows minor mullock heaps and a shaft, so it is unlikely now much remains of the mine.
Only names and crushings were found. The first mention of the name is 1911, under the ownership of Charlie Coulsen and Elston. The following year, Coulsen purchased the entire interest in the mine. He continued to put through regular crushings until 1917.
Tom Moore and M. Lyons then took over the mine, and crushings are found by them until 1921.
The mine is next active in 1931 by H. Hansen, and Schachischabel (there is no guarantee the newspaper got the spelling of this correct). Intermittent crushings are noted until 1939, although no names are mentioned.
