Star - Balla Balla
An historic Au-Sb prospect. Mentioned briefly by Marshall as 3 kilometres east of the Fisher's Well prospect. Some exploration companies have called Star also Fisher's Well. It is a sheeted quartz vein deposit in strongly deformed meta pelites and meta psammites.
It is unlike the nearby Fisher's Well and Sam's Ridge prospects. It is assumed stibnite is a major component as it is also called the Star Antimony Mine.
