This lease of 36 acres was controlled by an Adelaide syndicate. It was first pegged by two old Queensland prospectors, H. Stevens and A. Ford. The lease contained a very rich quartz leader, containing attractive gold specimens.

There is also a large lode, which extends through the lease to the Knights Tour mine. A costean had been cut across it. In carrying out this work, a large boulder was broken showing coarse specks of gold. This was sent to Kalgoorlie, and within 24 hours the Adelaide syndicate had paid cash to buy the mine.

The lease is half a mile north-west of the Paris Gift mine. A shaft by 1903 had been sunk to 45 feet, and 28 ounces of gold dollied. The mine produced in total 10 tonnes of ore for 43.5 ounces of gold.
