The name of this mine would not be acceptable today. Located 1 mile south of the former Gindalbie town site. Several isolated groups of shafts are found in the area, south-east of the Yarri Road and Donkey Rocks Road intersection. There appears little in the way of access tracks to the locations.
Developed by prospectors Hampton and Arthur Haisthorpe. Said to have contained some good pockets in its early days. 1000 ounces was obtained from a serpentine leader. It is reported in 1903 the mine is being let to tributers. Maurice Dupuy trialled the mine again in 1908.
Incorrect Mindat co-ordinates corrected to the Gindalbie battery site until confirmed.
