The Omega Gold Mine contains two co-joined abandoned pits, 22 kilometres north of the Meekatharra-Yeelirrie Road. One pit contains underground workings, a resource in 2004 containing 31,000 tonnes of ore at 9.20 g/t yielding 9,200 ounces of gold.
