In the close vicinity of the hamlet of Eikeland several small quarries can be recognized at an aerial picture of 2019 at kart.1881.no. The NGU coordinates do no longer point to an active quarry, but rather to a quarry that was abandoned after 2013, but before 2015.
At the time the most recent aerial picture was taken (2019), there is quarrying at:
