A former gold mine.
GML 92. The Great Boulder Norseman mine bordered to the north, and the Middleton mine to the south, all on the Lady Jean Reef. Canton had two shafts at 52 and 60 feet deep, on a reef 9 to 12 inches wide. The lease was forfeited in 1896. It then became Canton GML 576, and in 1897 became part of the Lady Jean North mine GML 800.
