On the Mararoa line of reef. Near the All Nations Mine although some 'blank' country separated the two leases. 12 acres. GML 380.
There were two shafts developed in the late 1890's. One was 60 feet deep, the reef cutting in at the bottom, 2 feet 6 inches wide. 50 feet to the north was the second shaft, 80 feet down on quartz with a greenish tint, and fine gold.
To 1898, 141 tonnes had been crushed for 69 ounces at 9 dwt. The reef ran north-south, along the western boundary of the lease, dipping east.
