An emerald occurrence/mine located 1.5 miles E of Stice Shoal Dam & 0.2 miles E of North Carolina state highway 18. Field visit revealed that there are no longer any pits or tailings left. Caution: stream is polluted with cow droppings.

Total production 2,700 carats of emeralds.
