Initially 71 stones were discovered by W.H. Cleverly in 1965, in an elliptical area north of Sleeper Camp. In December 1966 M.K. Quartermaine, discovered a further twelve stones from the same fall extending the elliptical area westwards.

The total mass found is 2787gr ranging from 2.0gr to 631.1gr for individual stones. They are olivine-bronzite chondrites. The reference suggests they are a relatively recent fall event sometime over the past few hundred years.

The specimens are covered with a dark brown mottled fusion crust, with many showing broken faces.

The interior has a spherical texture with unclear chondrules merged with the finer groundmass. The chondrules show some distortion. 25% volume is opaque minerals including troilite at 5%, with the balance nickel iron and the oxides from it. The metal is found as irregular specks and patches, and some troilite but mostly secondary oxides filling the narrow veinlets.

Orthopyroxene is more abundant than olivine, with plagioclase feldspar the only other silicate mineral found, the latter sparsely and mostly untwinned. The chondrules are small and tend to merge with the base. The specimens are housed in the Western Australian Museum.
