600 meters to the northeast of the Pipe Lake Occurrence, the same mineralogy can be found on the north shores of Jeffrey Lake. Crystalline dolomitic/Tremolitic Marble can be found high along the ridge near Jeffrey Lake Road and the Intersection with Kingfisher Lane. Mostly found in clots and lenses, some specimens appear to have in the contact between marble and Tremolite, a thin veneer of Talc. On weathered surfaces, the amphiboles stand out in relief against the soft Marbles.
