A shallow mine near Cave-in-Rock with a 40 foot mine shaft. The mine was located in T. 12 S., R. 9 E., Section 17, NW1/4, SW1/4, NE1/4. The operator of the mine in 1940 was the Alco Lead Company (Weller et al., 1952)

Weller et al. (1952) reported that this property most mostly shallow open cuts with some weathered residual “gravel spar” and some bedding replacement.

This deposit was reported to also have minor production of galena and rare for the district, cerussite. Fluorspar was lacking at this deposit and was quickly abandoned (Weller et al., 1952).
