An occurrence located in the SE¼SW¼ (?) sec. 25, T18S, R12E, MDM, about 1.5 km (0.9 mile) SSW of Santa Rita Peak (coordinates of record), on the upper part of a densely wooded hill a little more than ½ mile WSW of the California (Dallas) Gem Mine.
NOTE: The geographic coordinates presented are for a prospect pit symbol near the top of a hill about the stated distance from the gem mine.
Mineralization is hosted in a mass of soda-syenite.
