Location: Cobb (1972, MF-413), loc. 45; SE1/4NE1/4 sec. 20, T. 3 N., R. 2 E., of the Fairbanks Meridian. The deposit is in the Wolf Creek valley, less than 1/2 mile northwest of the Homestake mine (ARDF no. LG157). Accuracy is within 1,000 feet.
Geology: A prospect pit on the prospect exposed a northeast-striking shear zone containing 3 to 4 inches of quartz-stockwork veins containing stibnite (Smith, 1913; B 525).
Workings: Prospect pit only. The prospect was examined in 1942 as a possible source for antimony but the limited exposures and insufficient quantities of mineralization did not warrant additional exploration (Killeen and Mertie, 1951).
