Location: This prospect, locally called Sharp Creek, is at an elevation of about 3000 feet, approximately 6.5 miles northwest of Mauneluk River. It is in the SW1/4 of sec. 21, T. 21 N., R. 14 E., of the Kateel River Meridian. Location accurate to within 2000 ft. The site corresponds to locality 56 of Grybeck and Nelson (1981).
Geology: The Sharp Creek prospect consists of minor chalcopyrite in surface exposures of Paleozoic chlorite-muscovite schist that occur within the Skajit Limestone (Nelson and Grybeck, 1980).
Workings: Minor mapping and surface exploration by industry (Grybeck and Nelson, 1981).
