Strømsåstunnelen, Drammen, Buskerud, Norge


Minerals found in the year 1995-1997 and 2000 during construction of the Strømsås tunnel along the E 134 highway road in the city of Drammen. About 900 m into the tunnel from Bangløkka a hydrothermal fluorite vein was exposed during the construction. Some specimens of nice fluorite crystals were saved.
