A former lode Cu-Pb occurrence/mine located in the NW¼SW¼SE¼ sec. 27, T26S, R9W, SLM, 6.5 km (4.0 miles) NNW of Bailey Mountain (coordinates of record), N of Salt Cove (12 miles S of Antelope Spring; 15 miles NE of Milford), on Bureau of Land Management administered land. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

Mineralization is a deposit hosted in Pliocene granite. The ore body is irregular in form, strikes N75W and dips 75S at a thickness of 3.05 meters. It plunges 50 degrees with a depth-to-bottom of 18.29 meters, a width of 15.24 meters and a length of 45.72 meters. Controls for ore emplacement included a contact of a 5 foot thick granodiorite dike. Local rocks include older Quaternary alluvial deposits.

Geologic structures include local faults & fractures and the Basin & Range Province - Western edge of the Marysvale Volcanic Pile. Tectonic Structures include the Cordilleran Hingeline.

Workings include underground openings with a length of 21.34 meters and an overall depth of 15.24 meters and comprised of an inclined shaft.
