A former surface and underground W mine. Discovered 1953 by Marvin H. Cook.

Mineralization is tungsten minerals concentrated along both sides of N37E fractures.

Area structures include 2 sets of fractures with some fault movement: N55W, 87NE; and N37E, 67NW.
