A Pb-Zn mine located 6 miles NE of Port Jervis near Otisville. Owned by Guymard Lead & Zinc Co. Started 1863 and closed 1870.
Mineralization is a fissure vein 3 to 4 feet wide and several hundred feet long. This vein hosts a breccia. Host rock is "Shawangunk grit." Workings featured a 360 foot (100 meter) vertical shaft. The mine also had two adits.
