An iron mine in magnetite ore located about 1½ miles SSW of the Forest of Dean Mine. One of the Forest of Dean group of mines. Ore was hosted in gneiss and comprised a vein 4 feet wide or streaky, irregular ore. Workings consist of an adit and an adjacent cut in the hillside.
Located within West Point Military Reservation. Inaccessible to public.
