An underground Fluorspar-Asbestos occurrence/prospect located in the SW¼SE¼SE¼ sec. 17, T9N, R10E, about ½ mile N of Rye. Owned by the Colorado Fuel & Iron Co. NOTE: The MRDS file states that this deposit is on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation; however, based on the coordinates provided and stated relevent maps, it is nowhere near the reservation.

As of July 1975 - This deposit is of no interest for fluorite potential.
