An asbestos occurrence located in sec. 2, T1N, R14E, about 3 miles ENE of Webster Mountain, about ½ mile S of Gerald Wash, on National Forest land. The lat-long were taken from the prospect marker shown 200 feet SE of Sleeping Beauty Spring and 50 feet W of Piebald Gulch.

Mineralization is chrysotile hosted in the Mescal Limestone. An associated rock unit is diabase.
