An Fe prospect located about 4 miles WNW of the Casa Grande Municipal airport and about 8½ miles NW of Casa Grande proper. Owned by the Oro Negro Mining Co. of Arizona (1965); Owned & Operated by Exxon Minerals Co. of Arizona (1980).

Mineralization involves Quaternary surficial deposits, undivided.
