An surface and underground Fe prospect located in sec. 15, T5S, R5E, about 4 miles W of the Casa Grande Municipality Airport and about 8 miles NW of Casa Grande proper, on private land. Additional workings in S½N½S½ sec. 16. Owned by Owner Oro Negro Mining Co. Arizona (1965); Exxon Minerals Co. of Arizona (1980).

Mineralization involves Quaternary surficial deposits, undivided.
