Mineralisation of davidite-(La) in the metasomatic Proterozoic-Archean basement. The host rock contains albite, actinolite, epidote, titanite, apatite. Davidite occur as blebs from 1-5 mm, generally extremely weathered with yellowish creamy fissures. Hematite forms intergrows with davidite.
Several trenches and drill hole were made in 1950-1952.
Average uranium assayed was 0.18% U3O8 from “trench E”.
