A Cu prospect located in sec. 26, T9S, R12E, about 2½ miles ENE of Owl Head Buttes, on private land.

Mineralization is a vein deposit of mineralized fault gouge hosted in Pinal Schist and Apache Diabase. The mineralized fault gouge forms the contact between the Pinal Schist and diabase. The orebody is tabular, strikes N35W, dips 85S, is 1.5 meters thick, and 20 meters long. Alteration is argillitic, propylitic and sericitic. No mineralization was noted in situ - only on the dumps as trace amounts.

Workings include 3 prospect pits.
